Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken about Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium predicament. While he understands their problems he feels sharing the Emirates is an unrealistic solution.
Due to problems acquiring the land on which to build the new stadium, Spurs officials have conceded that the completion of the project will not be in 2017 as originally thought. It appears a temporary ground share is the only way to adhere to Premier League rules.
The most likely destination appears to be Milton Keynes but fans would prefer a move to Wembley. Meanwhile, most worryingly for fans, rumours have emerged that the two bitter rivals could share a home for a season. Wenger, though, feels any move would be blocked by fans of both sides.
